d) For the purposes of protecting assets or assets held by Essência Portuense, as well as for statistical analysis purposes.

Failure to provide personal data for the purposes set out in paragraphs (a) and (b) leads Essência Portuense to non-compliance with legal obligations and consequently the possibility of terminating the temporary tourist accommodation or local accommodation contract. concluded, without the right to any compensation, as well as deficient services provided by Essência Portuense that cannot be attributed to it.

Within the scope of its activity, Essência Portuense will collect and process the personal data necessary to provide contracted services, requests for information or pre-contractual management, namely identification, contact, banking or payment card data.

The processing of your personal data will be carried out based on the execution of the temporary accommodation contract for tourists, the local accommodation management contract and compliance with the legal obligations imposed on Essência Portuense, namely by legislation on entry, stay and exit of foreigners into national territory and tax legislation (article 6 no. 1 al. b) and (c) of the GDPR).

Furthermore, personal data collected for the purposes set out in paragraph c) of the previous paragraph are based on the consent given by Essência Portuense for their processing (article 6.º no. 1 al. a) of the GDPR).

For the purposes set out in paragraph d) of the previous paragraph, Essência Portuense, will process personal data, based on the legitimate interest pursued (article 6.º no. 1 al. f) of the GDPR).

Without prejudice to legal, regulatory or judicial provisions to the contrary, personal data collected will only be kept for the minimum period necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.
