This Studio, with a balcony (garden view), has a desk and comfortably accommodate two guests. It is provided with two twin beds, but you can request a king size bed, subject to availability. Studio equipped with air conditioning, 2 flat-screen TVs with cable channels, a safe and a steam iron. It has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), as well as bed linen and towels. The kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and stove, has a Nespresso® coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and other kitchen accessories. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and you can find USB and USB-C sockets at the head of the beds. A regular cleaning service guarantees a pleasant stay.

– In order to access this accommodation, all guests, including minors, are required to present their identification document by the date of entry to this establishment and complete the accommodation bulletin. All short-term accommodation in Portugal is obliged to communicate the presence and identity of guests to the Portuguese immigration and borders services (UCFE).

– Check-in starts at 4:00 pm and check-out takes place until 12:00 pm on the departure date. No extension of the accommodation’s occupancy for a period longer than the contracted time will be allowed, unless the guest has contracted the late check-out service, as we need this time to guarantee complete cleaning between guests. Failure to comply with the departure time will result in payment of the amount corresponding to an extra day of reservation.

– Property with self-check-in and code access. The access codes provided to guests are non-transferable and allow access to the building and the reserved studio.

– Please note that the building has stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We have an elevator, only accessible from the 1st floor.

– Access to and stay at this establishment is reserved for guests and it is not permitted to accommodate people in the same studio beyond the contracted permitted limit (two adults).

– Smoking is not permitted inside the studios or inside the building (included electronic cigarettes/vapes). Keep in mind that smoke detectors are sensitive and can trigger fire alarms.

– Animals are not allowed on the premises of this accommodation.

– No noise is allowed between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am.

– In view of the regular cleaning of the room, the guests must ensure that it is available for employees to enter.

– Towels are changed every three days. Bed linen every five days. They can be changed daily at an additional cost.

– Accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age is prohibited, unless accompanied and/or authorized by their parents or legal guardian, providing documentary proof of kinship or condition, or even, if accompanied by an adult, with authorization from writing from the father, mother or legal guardian.

– For better safety and protection of everyone, especially our guests, the building has a video monitoring system installed in common areas, meeting the requirements set out in the Personal Data Protection Law.

– Parties are prohibited.

– For each person staying, a Tourist Tax will be charged.

– The establishment may request a deposit or a credit or debit card number as a guarantee of payment for the accommodation, to cover the costs of no-shows, extra services or, if applicable, costs resulting from damages caused by the Customer.
– In cases where the reservation allows cancellation, this must be communicated by the Customer to the establishment, in accordance with the deadline established in the special payment conditions for the rate chosen and accepted by the Customer at the time of booking. If the reservation is not canceled and the Customer does not check-in under the terms set out in this article, they will be charged for the first night.
